The Collector - Gift Card Offer Terms and Conditions
THE COLLECTOR – PROMOTIONAL GIFT VOUCHER OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This promotion (“Offer”) is conducted by World of Empire Pty Ltd (ABN 48 009 133 082), trading as Empire Home, 25 Port Kembla Drive, Bibra Lake (“Empire Home”).
2. The Offer is available for qualifying purchases made during the promotional period from 12:01am AWST on 26 March 2026 to 11:59pm AWST on 6 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”). This is a future-use loyalty reward and is not an on-the-day discount.
3. This Offer is available both in-store and online at shop.empirehome.com.au. Promotional gift vouchers earned through in-store purchases are issued as retail promotional vouchers redeemable in-store only. Promotional vouchers earned through online purchases are issued as discount codes redeemable at shop.empirehome.com.au only. In-store and online vouchers are not interchangeable.
4. Qualifying purchases must be made in a single transaction and paid in full during the Promotional Period. Deposits do not qualify. Special orders and presold’s qualify only where they are paid in full during the Promotional Period. Transactions may not be split across multiple invoices, orders or payments to increase voucher entitlement. Customers will receive one (1) promotional Empire Home gift voucher based on the final transaction value of qualifying full-price products:
• $100 promotional voucher for purchases of $500 or more
• $200 promotional voucher for purchases of $1,000 or more
• $500 promotional voucher for purchases of $2,000 or more
5. Freight, assembly, gift cards, sale stock, clearance stock, prior purchases and unpaid deposits are excluded from qualifying spend and voucher redemption.
6. Only one promotional voucher may be issued per qualifying transaction. Vouchers will be issued within 48 business hours of the qualifying purchase. For in-store purchases, the voucher will be applied to the customer’s account on the Empire Home retail system. For online purchases, the voucher will be sent to the customer via email as a discount code for use on the website.
7. Promotional gift vouchers are for future use only and cannot be redeemed during the Promotional Period. Vouchers may be redeemed from 7 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. Vouchers are redeemable on a future full-price merchandise purchase only and are subject to the following minimum redemption spend thresholds. Retail vouchers must be redeemed in-store at any Empire Home location. Online discount codes must be redeemed at shop.empirehome.com.au. Vouchers cannot be redeemed across channels (i.e. a retail voucher cannot be used online and an online discount code cannot be used in-store).
• $100 promotional voucher: minimum spend $99
• $200 promotional voucher: minimum spend $199
• $500 promotional voucher: minimum spend $499
8. All promotional gift vouchers expire 30th June 2026. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
9. Promotional gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, or voucher.
10. If a return or cancellation reduces the original qualifying purchase below the applicable spend threshold, the promotional gift voucher will be void. If the promotional gift voucher has already been redeemed, the redeemed value will be deducted from any refund or store credit owing.
11. This Offer is subject to availability and may be amended, extended or withdrawn by Empire Home at any time.
12. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantee rights.
