This meticulous, time-intensive technique relies on the weaver’s strength, posture, and rhythm, making each cushion intricately unique. The designs draw from ancient tribal motifs of various Naga tribes, carrying deep cultural and symbolic meaning, often denoting status, clan identity, or ancestral heritage.
